To help everyone have some visibility into other teams' progress, each team's manager we will do a quick report of progress, along with any requests for help they may want to broadcast to the class.
The rest of class time is yours to work! Because this is built-in time in which all of your teammates are available, use it wisely to coordinate, plan, and make decisions that rapidly drive you toward release.
